Students of the master’s program Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School worked with Petra Scherer, lecturer for Strategic Sales Management, on a project for the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group. The task was to take a close look at the target segments in the B2B business of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group and to derive customized impulses for sales strategies.

During the market and customer analysis, the students conducted a customer survey, which provided valuable insights into the needs of customers. A final presentation was given to the entire management team of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group, who followed the results with great interest.

The project enabled the students to gain valuable practical experience for their further studies and future careers.
