We are always looking for committed and motivated employees, students as research masters and doctoral candidates for the further development of vehicle safety and safe automated driving. With our top-equipped CARISSMA research and test center, we offer research of scientific excellence, interdisciplinary and international cooperation, and the opportunity to optimally contribute personal interests and skills to our team. We work together with car manufacturers, suppliers, scientists and development and research institutes from all over the world. The CARISSMA research and test center offers a wide range of entry and promotion opportunities for graduates and experienced professionals in the disciplines of engineering (electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.), natural sciences (physics, mathematics, etc.) and computer science:
- Conception and supervision of innovative research and test projects with the intention of a doctorate (in cooperation with our national and international partner universities)
- Coordination and processing of exciting research and test projects using state-of-the-art laboratories & test facilities as a test or laboratory engineer
- Expansion and coordination of research activities and supervision of doctoral students and research assistants

Offers for students
At the CARISSMA research and test centre, students of engineering, computer science and other natural science subjects can find interesting and challenging tasks in cooperation with industrial partners, from the practical semester onwards, through a study-accompanying HiWi activity, internships and for their Bachelor's or Master's thesis. In addition, there is the possibility to complete a research Master (Applied Research in Engineering Sciences) with us while working.
