The Neuburg Campus facilities can also be used for free play of the following sports

Note: The halls in Neuburg cannot be used during the school holidays.

Participation in the events is free of charge. Please register by emailing the instructors.

Wettkampf

Competition

For competitive athletes, THI encourages participation in Bavarian, national and international championships.
You can find an overview of the competitions on the adh website, amongst other places.

Haftung/Unfallversicherung

Liability/Accident Insurance

Fully enrolled students are covered by comprehensive accident insurance for all events at which an instructor appointed by Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences is present. This cover does not apply if the course is run under the auspices of a sports club or during independent training sessions. Full-time staff of Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences are not covered by insurance whilst participating in such activities.
Students must report all sports-related accidents immediately to Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences, Office for Student Affairs.
Liability on the part of Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences or its staff for personal injury or damage to property arising out of or in connection with the use of the sports facilities, their grounds and equipment is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All participants in university sports are advised to take out third-party liability insurance to ensure they are covered in the event that a third party suffers personal injury or property damage whilst they are taking part in sport, and liability claims arise as a result.
