Career Service for students

The Career Service at Ingolstadt University of Technology supports students in shaping their own career paths early on and with confidence – from their first work placement, through part-time student jobs, to a successful start to their careers. With personalised advice, practical workshops and career events covering applications, career planning and job-related skills, you’ll receive specific support for every stage of your studies. In addition, the Career Service offers access to key job portals featuring the latest opportunities for work placements, final-year projects, part-time student roles, entry-level jobs, as well as positions in research and at the university itself – tailored to different stages of your studies and your interests.

With a diverse range of practical services, the Career Service helps enrolled students to develop their career prospects, navigate the application process with confidence and build valuable networks at an early stage.

The CONTACT Careers Fair brings students and graduates together with companies from the region and beyond. In person, face-to-face and with a practical focus – on the THI campus.

The administrative unit places particular emphasis on the training and development of early-career researchers. In their Moodle course room, they offer a wide range of student research assistant positions and research-based dissertations.

The University Job Board is a platform for job vacancies involving 14 universities in Bavaria. It features job vacancies from across Germany and internationally for students, graduates and alumni with some professional experience.
