Contingent places for THI students and employees

In cooperation with bürgerhilfe, THI offers its students and employees contingent childcare places in the KinderHaus (Esplanande 1c, 85049 Ingolstadt) and in the KinderWelt (Viehmarktplatz 17). As the places are usually filled quickly, it is advisable to register early for one of the places. The allocation of places is the responsibility of the day care centre. Therefore, please always register in person at the KinderHaus and KinderWelt. Registration for the following kindergarten year (starting in September) must be made via the Kita-Finder (link). Further childcare options

In addition to the crèche, there are numerous other childcare options for your child. Which one is right for you and your family depends on several factors: How old is your child? At what times do you need childcare? Do you need childcare for your child on a regular basis or only in exceptional circumstances (illness, holidays, etc.)? These and many other questions should be clarified before you decide on a form of childcare.

Holiday care

The holiday period is the most critical time of the year for many parents: School, kindergarten and daycare centres are closed for several weeks and parents' annual leave is not enough to bridge this time. This is why many places now offer childcare during the holiday periods. This holiday childcare can bridge the usual closure periods and the children are in good hands. The THI also offers employees and students holiday childcare for their school-age children between the ages of six and twelve where possible.
