Employees leaving a company is part of a company's HR work. MTU Aero Engines AG, based in Munich, wants to optimize the process of an employee leaving the company with an exit guide, exit interviews and an alumni network and thus potentially encourage departing employees to stay or return. For this, they are working on a project this semester together with students on the Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration (BW) with a focus on Human Resource (HR) Management to create the ideal exit process for employees.

During an excursion to Munich, the students were able to get to know the company better and gain an insight into its day-to-day operations. As the project progresses, interim and final presentations will be held to discuss the results. The close cooperation with Aero Engines enables the students to deal with real situations in companies in their project work and to establish contacts with potential employers.

Applications for the summer semester are currently underway. It is still possible to apply for the course program until January 15, 2024.
