The TUM as a guest at the THI

After an initial contact was established for the cooperation of the two universities in the field of digital teaching, a further personal meeting and a professional exchange took place at the THI.

At the THISuccessAI project group, the functionality of the learning paths, the use of learning analytics, the technical integration in Moodle, and the chatbot were presented in the presence of the (partial) project leaders Prof. Dr. Katherine Roegner and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Apel. All of the tools serve to individualize and strengthen learning success, in line with the project's goal.

The Educational Technology team at the TUM, led by Michael Folgmann, focused on the integration of a chatbot in Moodle, gamified feedback, and the use of AI in teaching.

THISuccessAI is a strategic project that uses artificial intelligence in university teaching to promote the individual learning of each student in the best possible way.
