ON Campus Festival

THI is part of the Science Year 2022:

For our first ON Campus Festival, we are opening our beautiful campus to everyone who wants to experience science and/or entertainment and/or really party.

From 3 p.m. we will start with Science ON and present entertaining sessions on scientific topics, students will present the results of study projects, an intermodal journey will allow you to discover mobility in a different way, campus tours and hands-on activities will give you an insight into our laboratories or allow you to look over the roofs of the THI.

Under the motto Arts ON, the premiere of the play "Ich war Mensch" (I was human) will take place in the CARISSMA Hall in cooperation with the Ingolstadt City Theatre and video mapping by Stefano di Buduo. Bands, dance performances by Basement Performing Arts, graffiti and house dance/afro-soul dance and music production workshops, freestyle football sessions and much much more invite you to join in and celebrate.

There is also plenty for families and children to discover: chalk painting courses, children's cinema, face painting, handicrafts and hands-on activities. With our children's university lectures, we invite all children to join us in solving the riddles of science.

And in the evening, we will start our big party on the Campuswiese with Party ON: DJs with light shows and video installations will make the campus shake.

Food and beverages are also provided: food trucks, a cocktail bar, drink stands, ice cream, a crêpe stand, a falafel stand, Reimanns and our Mensa will supply you with everything your heart desires.

Lounge areas invite you to relax and enjoy live music.
