Seminar start-up consulting: Idea generation - transfer - implementation

On 24.10., 30.10. and 31.10., 03.11. und 10.11.2020 the seminar founder consultation with Simon Stapf takes place.

The three-day seminar has the following contents:

  • Overview of fields of application of entrepreneurship methods, especially in the phase of idea generation and concept phase
  • Value Proposition Canvas,
  • Business Model Canvas,
  • Presentation of the benefits of entrepreneurship methods for the scientific and professional context. The methods serve above all to empower the own:
  • Planning (in terms of ideas and concept)
  • Structuring (an idea and the needs analysis of the different stakeholders)
  • Reflection (of methods for science and practice)
