ProDoc Postdoctoral Program

The Equal Opportunities Office of the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences is now entering the 5th round with its postdoctoral programme. It is aimed at women with doctorates from universities of applied sciences, universities, non-university research institutions and companies.

Doctoral students in exchange

The participants are to be given the tools for a career as a professor at an FH/HAW.

What are the goals of the postdoctoral programme?

  • Acquisition of occupationally relevant factors
  • Positioning and career planning
  • Targeted promotion of professional & personal skills
  • Expansion of the collegial and professional network
