Excursion to Airport Nuremberg

During an excursion to the Airport Nuremberg this week, the students of the Aircraft and Vehicle Informatics Bachelor program were able to take a live look at the airport navigation systems and the route navigation systems as well as the data link under the expert guidance of DFS and directly follow in the tower which data the air traffic controllers need for handling air traffic. Afterwards, the students followed the procedures for handling aircraft directly on site.
