Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt is „TOP“

In its latest issue, the magazine "FOCUS-Business" has named Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) as "Top Employer SME 2021". THI President Prof. Dr. Walter Schober: "We are very pleased about the award from FOCUS-Business. Our attractiveness as an employer is the basis for our long-term success. And this is of particular importance at present - due to our high personnel requirements".

The large FOCUS-Business ranking lists those employers in Germany with whom employees are particularly satisfied. The study was prepared in a complex, multi-stage process. More than 950,000 companies based in Germany and more than four million evaluations by employees were examined on the employer evaluation platform Kununu (cut-off date: 10 April 2020). The evaluation criteria were the size of the company, the employee ratings on Kununu, the number of these ratings and the rate of recommendations. This resulted in a shortlist of 4,500 companies, 4,000 of which were awarded prizes, divided into three groups according to the number of employees and presented in 39 industry lists.

The THI ranks 37th in the list "Education, University, FH, School" and thus has the best rating among the Bavarian universities and colleges of applied sciences.
