Dr. Julia Glaschke

Vita

Dr. Julia Glaschke is a senior project manager at TÜV SÜD. Since 2021, she has been responsible for various (transformation) projects in the areas of process optimization, project management, organizational design, leadership development, communication, and change management. Previously, she worked in strategic management consulting at Porsche Consulting and Deloitte Consulting, among others.

She has more than 13 years of experience at the interface between optimization, change, and communication. She combines her expertise in economics and psychology with diverse experience in international management.

After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Dr. Glaschke earned her doctorate at the Chair of Economic and Social Psychology under Prof. Dr. Detlef Fetchenhauer. During a research stay at Cornell University, she also gained valuable insights into international academic life.

In addition to her work in business, Dr. Glaschke continues to be involved in teaching and has repeatedly served as a lecturer at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and THI Business School.

She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a systemic coach and change manager.
