Christian Vetter is CEO and co-founder of HRForecast, where he has dedicated himself to data-driven decision-making, disruptive technologies and next-generation workforce management since 2014. HRForecast was launched as a spin-off from THI Ingolstadt, as the business idea behind HRForecast came to the founding team - all graduates of THI - during their studies.

HRForecast is one of the 'Deloitte 2019 Technology Fast 50' - one of the 50 fastest-growing technology start-ups in Germany. The company has a good 30 employees and focuses on the areas of people analytics, big data and artificial intelligence with a focus on HR and labour market management,
Before founding the company, Christian completed his business studies at the Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences and worked in various positions in sales and supply chain planning at Siemens and the Osram lighting division.

Christian is a frequent speaker at conferences and events and shares his expertise in data analytics and data-driven workforce management. Due to his interdisciplinary industry and consulting experience, he has broad expertise in both strategic workforce management and innovative data technologies.

Christian is also involved in a large number of publications - both in the academic and practitioner environment.
