When theory meets reality and real solutions are created - this is exactly what the students of the Master's degree program in Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at the THI Business School experienced. As part of the Strategic Sales Management course, they worked on a practical project for Krones AG during the semester under the supervision of lecturer Petra Scherer.
The project centred on the question of how an effective feedback culture can be designed in an international B2B context. The students worked in several teams and analysed feedback methods, examined best practices and defined KPIs along the customer journey. Target groups, communication channels and cultural tonalities were systematically taken into account.
The results: A well-founded analysis of cultural differences, concrete suggestions for optimising existing processes and recommendations for action to further develop the internal feedback culture at Krones.
At the end of the semester, the students presented their project results - these were met with great interest and impressively demonstrated how university and business can benefit from each other through practical cooperation.
The THI Business School would like to thank those responsible for the project at Krones AG - in particular Caroline Herbst, Nadine Igl and Ingolf Meister - for their trusting co-operation and valuable support.
