Career Opportunities
The degree programme prepares students for a wide range of specialist and managerial roles in companies operating nationally and internationally. Graduates take on roles, for example, in product management, production planning and product development, financial control and corporate planning, as well as in management consultancy. Other areas of employment include technical sales and corporate IT. In addition to established industrial companies, start-ups and young enterprises also offer attractive career prospects. Furthermore, the programme equips students with key skills for setting up their own business.

Qualification requirements for admission to the master’s degree course are as follows:
- Proof of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, IT or a degree in another engineering or technological discipline at a German university with at least 210 ECTS credit points or the equivalent scope of study, or else an equivalent qualification gained in Germany or abroad.
- Basic knowledge in the areas of engineering and science, technology and IT.
- Sound proficiency in English
