Sandra Freimuth worked at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG in Frankfurt from January 2014 to December 2025, most recently serving as Chief People Officer and Chief Communications & Marketing Officer. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic and operational management of communications, marketing, human resources, and organizational development, as well as HR management. Since January 2026, she has headed the HR, Communications & Marketing division at the private bank Donner & Reuschel.
In addition, she has been contributing her passion for transformation processes since 2024 as a project manager in the context of the merger with ABN AMRO. Previously, she managed the integration of Bankhaus Lampe (2020-2022), where she was responsible for Change, Culture & Communication. She is also responsible for the bank-wide introduction of an ESG strategy (2019-2022). In addition, she is a member of the Risk Committee, was part of the Credit Committee and has been involved in the management of Bankhaus Lampe KG's provident fund since 2023.
Her professional roots lie in the public sector: as a policy advisor to Dr Markus Söder at the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance, previously as an education advisor at the State Ministry of Education & Science and as a personal advisor to CFO Joe Kaeser at Siemens AG as part of a young leadership project of the Bavarian State Government. She began her career in the education sector as a secondary school teacher and member of the extended school management.
Sandra Freimuth studied German and history at the University of Regensburg to become a secondary school teacher. She is particularly involved in voluntary work at the interface of education, leadership, transformation and cultural development.
