Christian Vetter is an expert at the intersection of labor market data, strategic workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making models. As VP of Workforce Strategy and Transformation at TalentNeuron, he focuses on how organizations can leverage external labor market trends, internal workforce data, and technological innovations to develop sustainable workforce and transformation strategies.

In October 2024, Christian Vetter joined TalentNeuron as part of the acquisition of HRForecast. He had co-founded HRForecast in 2014, served as its CEO for many years, and built it into a well-known German tech scale-up.
