In the winter semester, the new specialization module Talent Management was offered for the first time in the Bachelor's degree program in Media Psychology and Digital Business (MPS) at THI Business School. The new module was developed and is led by Damaris Landmesser, an expert in potential development.

The module focuses on promoting individual potential and strategically anchoring talent management in organizations. The aim is not only to enable students to recognize and develop their own talents, but also to introduce the topic structurally into companies.

A special highlight was the visit of Prof. Dr. Eric Eller, the MPS program director, who was interviewed by Damaris Landmesser about his personal “talent journey” as part of the course.

“In this module, we work on topics that are at the cutting edge,” says Landmesser. “In view of demographic change, the shortage of skilled workers, and developments in artificial intelligence, professional biographies are changing dramatically. Companies should position themselves specifically and strategically for this – and this is exactly where we come in.”
