Practical project on current challenges in human resources management

As part of the HR project seminar, Prof. Dr. Michaela Regler visited the Büchl Group at the start of the semester along with students from the bachelor’s program in Business Administration. The seminar is designed for students specializing in HR management and CSR.

As the project progresses this semester, the students will work together with the company to address current issues in human resources management. The focus is on recruiting, employer branding, workforce development, and generational management. In addition, the participants will examine the potential applications of artificial intelligence in the HR field and identify its possible limitations.

The findings and recommendations will be presented in a final presentation on January 12. Through close collaboration with companies, students gain insights into real-world business practices while simultaneously developing concrete ideas and recommendations. This direct transfer of knowledge between the university and the business world is an important component of the curriculum at THI Business School.
