As part of the “Strategic Sales Management” lecture, students in the Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) master's degree program at THI Business School presented their project results. The practical project was led by Dean Prof. Dr. Bernd Scheed.
The cooperation partner was the Munich-based start-up Circuvation GmbH, which specializes in recycling used fishing nets from India. These are processed into high-quality plastic granulate and then used in various industries – from the automotive industry to the construction sector and packaging solutions.
The project focused on a comprehensive market and competition analysis, the identification of relevant stakeholders, and the investigation of funding opportunities. In addition, the students developed a strategic concept for the start-up's brand identity, worked out its unique selling proposition (USP), and designed a targeted communication strategy.
The project not only illustrates the high practical relevance of teaching at THI Business School, but also the university's commitment to sustainable innovation promotion in the field of circular economy and sales.
