Data protection, right of withdrawal

1.1 Unless the participant gives additional consent to the further processing and use of the information they have provided, including their personal data, this information will be stored, processed and used electronically by THI in machine-readable form solely for the purpose of organising the event. THI will only store the data for as long as is necessary and permitted by law.

1.2 THI stores the following data in order to send out regular invitations to events and to provide information and updates relevant to the programme: Name of school, email addresses, first name, surname and title.

1.4 THI also stores and processes the data listed above so that THI staff may contact you directly, should this be necessary for the running of the programme.

1.5 Should you no longer consent to the storage and processing of your data, you may request its deletion at any time with future effect. To do so, simply send an email to schnupperangebote@thi.de. As the use of this data is an essential requirement for the organisation of the event, further participation in the Round Table will not be possible once the data has been deleted.
