Our network for STEM education in the region 10
With the MINTmacher network, we want to establish a continuous STEM education chain locally in Region 10, from nursery to school-leaving certificate. To achieve this goal, we are focussing on the following tasks:
- Networking the various activities and stakeholders
- The transparent preparation of existing programmes
- The creation of supplementary programmes - where necessary

Holiday offers for children and young people
- MINTmacher action days
Our holiday activities focus on STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Science and Technology) and, of course, on having fun. There's plenty to discover and learn about and lots of exciting things to experiment, tinker with and try out!

Training events for teachers and daycare centre staff
The MINTmacher network offers regular training courses and workshops on the MINT topics of your choice in the region. In addition, the network also facilitates and promotes collegial exchange between teachers and daycare centre specialists in the region.
Teachers in training, trainee teachers, trainee teachers and trainee teachers are also welcome to take part in the events.
The events are free of charge. A certificate of attendance is issued. This is recognised by the school authorities in Region 10.

Expert service
The experts come to your school or daycare centre! The MINTmacher network has launched an expert service to link theory and practice in the STEM field more closely.
- In schools, the current teaching content is to be illustrated with practical examples from a concrete working environment.
- In daycare centres, the experts want to support the teaching of natural science and technology topics and thus further encourage the children's spirit of research. The children are instructed to carry out small experiments autonomy.
MINTmacher connects schools and daycare centres with experts. Teachers/educational specialists and experts agree on the content, date and time directly with each other.
Rental materials
MINTmacher would like to support daycare centres, schools and institutions in Region 10 in their work. That's why we offer, among other things, the loan of various STEM materials.
