In a compact online format, Sandra Neumaier and Petra Weinzierl, both experienced coaches in the field of human resources and personnel development, provide practical impulses from their extensive professional experience and show how managers can prepare separation meetings in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and at the same time maintain appreciation and humanity. The "Digital Tuesday" is aimed in particular at HR managers, executives, and company managers from SMEs in and around Ingolstadt who want to take responsibility and set professional standards even in phases of change.
