The Change and Innovation Management certificate is aimed at specialists and managers who wish to deepen their expertise in the areas of innovation management, quality management and change management. Participants develop practice-orientated skills in order to use these disciplines in a targeted manner in upstream supply chain management and thus create sustainable added value along the supply chain. It offers job experiences the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge and to qualify specifically for responsible tasks.
The certificate is an integral part of the part-time MBA Procurement Management study course and can be fully credited.
