Doctoral candidate Lisa Urban receives scholarship from the Graduate Center at bidt

THI Business School is delighted to announce that Lisa Urban, research assistant and doctoral candidate under Prof. Dr. Alexander Baur, has been accepted into the renowned Graduate Center at the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt).

Lisa Urban is pursuing her doctorate at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in the field of “Data Science & OR in Mobility.” In her research, she develops data-based methods for optimizing modern mobility systems. In doing so, she links economic and social issues and makes an important contribution to the responsible design of digital innovations.

The Graduate Center of the bidt supports outstanding doctoral students whose work has a clear connection to digital transformation. Admission is linked to a non-material and financial scholarship and enables targeted further education, scientific exchange, and networking at the highest level.

The THI Business School congratulates Lisa Urban on this special award and looks forward to the new impetus that will result from her participation in the bidt Graduate Center.
