Project description

  • Development of a high-resolution sensor system for spherical environment perception (3D) for load drones in the field of transportation and urban air mobility.
  • Sensor data fusion (camera, lidar, radar) and transmission of the data to the ground station for visualization for the pilot.
  • Development of object detection algorithms for performing automatic flight maneuvers and warning the pilot in dangerous situations.
  • Miniaturization and adaptation of sensor systems for drone applications.
