The Free State of Bavaria awards one-year scholarships for university graduates from Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine and Hungary who have chosen to pursue postgraduate studies in Bavaria.
