The house is located in a quiet residential area with many parking possibilities directly in front of the door in Gaimersheim. It is close to Ingolstadt (center), which can be covered quickly with an excellent bus connection, beautiful bike paths or by car.

If you need to get to the Audi plant, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the parking garage, which is a real blessing when you compare the situation with the more southern suburbs of Ingolstadt!

The Gaimersheim industrial park can be reached just as quickly - even by bike or bus.
It is also only a 15-minute drive to Eichstätt by car.

The local train station has hourly connections to Munich and Nuremberg. So if the "market" or Ingolstadt is too boring for you, the Bavarian metropolises offer a wonderful change.
But also in Gaimersheim you can find everything necessary for your daily needs. There are several supermarkets and other shopping facilities (grocery stores, bakery, butcher, pharmacy,...) within a short distance from the house. Everything can be reached on foot or by bike.
