Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) invites you to the University Information Day (HIT) on Friday, 1 April, at the new campus in Neuburg and on Saturday, 2 April, in Ingolstadt. On these two days, interested students will receive all important information about the Bachelor's programme at the THI and get an insight into student life on campus.

Professors, students, staff from the student advisory service and representatives from partner companies will be available at the University Information Day to answer questions about the degree programme. In Ingolstadt, the HIT takes place from 10 am to 2 pm. During this time, the faculties will present their degree programmes or fields of study, such as life sciences, sustainability, construction and infrastructure or mobility, in several short lectures one after the other, so that visitors can attend several lectures in succession. More detailed information can then be exchanged at the stands of the faculties in the auditorium.

Students show "their" THI

During the themed tours "My Campus World", students show the THI from their point of view and reveal tips for studying and campus life. Registration for these tours is required by 29 March.

Exciting insights into research can be found on the laboratory and science tours, for example in the CARISSMA research and test centre, where everything revolves around the automotive sector and autonomous driving, or in the laboratory for virtual reality, aeronautical engineering or renewable energies. Here, too, registration is necessary.

The campus in Neuburg primarily presents the field of study of sustainable infrastructure. In addition to the two existing degree programmes, Sustainability and Environmental Management and Industrial Engineering and Construction, the professors will also present the degree programme Sustainable Civil Engineering, which will start in the winter semester. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, located in Ingolstadt, will be a guest with a presentation on study programmes in the field of energy, which work closely with Neuburg. On the new satellite campus, the university information day begins on Friday, 1 April, at 3 pm and ends around 6 pm.

The 2G rule applies on campus, FFP2 masks must be worn indoors. Registration is required for the tours. If necessary, there are remaining places available on the day of the event, which will be allocated directly at the venue.

All information and the links for registration are available on the internet at www.thi.de/go/hit
