Four students from the Marketing / Sales / Media master's program at THI Business School prepared a market and competition analysis for Düring Schweißtechnik GmbH. In it, they developed detailed proposals on how the company can establish, maintain and strengthen contact with customers for a planned new business division. The students recommend social selling, in which customer relations and loyalty are achieved primarily through a targeted and controlled social media strategy.
The project took place in the Strategic Sales Management II seminar and was led by lecturer Petra Scherer. Practical projects like this are an integral part of all courses at THI Business School.
