Dorothée Kiesel is a participant in the two-year Management Trainee Program of Roche Diabetes Care Deutschland GmbH. During the program, she worked as an account manager in the field service, was responsible for the transformation in Finance&Services, worked on a concept for establishing digital and outcome based business models and developed the strategy for the realignment of CRM. In addition, she developed a concept for the sustainable establishment of agile working methods, which she has established and continuously supports not only in the German organization but also in many other countries in the sales region.
Before joining Roche, Dorothée Kiesel studied at Technical University Ingolstadt from 2016 to 2018 in the Master’s degree programme Marketing/Sales/Media. During this time, she not only completed a semester at Deakin University in Melbourne to educate her further in Organizational Psychology, but also worked as a consultant. Prior to this, Ms. Kiesel studied Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, with a focus on Marketing/Market Research & Human Resources.
