Paula Hase is a Junior Specialist Controlling at Bayerische Landesbank. In addition to the tasks of business area controlling, she is intensively involved in the realignment of the business model in the bank's strategy project. Furthermore, she is responsible for junior staff support in her team, for which she qualified with the trainer aptitude test passed at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Paula Hase began her professional career in 2013, following her A-levels, by taking up a dual study program at BayernLB in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg. The combination of theory and practice enabled her to get to know the banking business in all its diversity in the various positions she held. Besides, she acquired the relevant academic fundamentals in the Business Administration degree program and studied very successfully, as demonstrated by her taking on a tutoring role and her very good Bachelor of Arts degree. Furthermore, she passed the examination for bank clerks at the IHK.
Upon completion of her Bachelor's degree, she took up her current position in the Controlling Department of BayernLB. Between 2017 and 2019 she studied part-time at THI in the Master's programme Financial Management and Controlling, also with great success. In her master's thesis, she focused on the topic of variance and correlation forecasts as a function of interest rate phases with the help of an empirical study of various sectors in the DAX.
