We recommend to apply as early as possible. You can always apply at uni-assist e.V., you don't have to wait until the application period at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt starts.

To make sure your VPD is audited in time (which means before the application period at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt ends and you can't submit further documents) you have to apply at uni-assit e.V. until:

  • 15th of June (when applying for a winter term)
  • 1st of December (when applying for a summer term)

Please make sure that your request for the preliminary exam documentation arrives at uni-assit e.V. including a complete set of correctly certified documents and proof of payment in time.

Important for master-applicants who did not yet finish their bachelor degree have to make sure they submit a current transcript. That means only the academic performance of the last semester of the bachelor course can be missing. Otherwise uni-assist will reject the audition.

Uni-assist e.V. usually needs about 4 weeks to process your application. Please plan on a few additional days, since questions may delay the procedure. Uni-assist e.V. will send the preliminary inspection documentation to you via regular mail.

When requesting the preliminary inspection documentation, you need to transfer the fees to uni-assist e.V. (table of charges uni-assist). The audit fee for certificates is 75 Euro at the moment. Any additional application at another university currently costs 30 Euro.
