Opportunities for students from THI and other European universities

For students of all disciplines enrolled at THI and other European universities the Institute of new Energy Systems currently offers the employment opportunities listed below. Furthermore, we welcome your unsolicited application as student assistant and for internships.
Please apply in electronic form with comprehensive and informative application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, overview of grades, certificates) as pdf file at Abschlussarbeiten_InES@thi.de.

When applying for a Bachelor/ Master thesis, please indicate the relevant assignment. Should you be interested in more than one topic, please chose up to three assignments, specify your priorities and rank the assignments accordingly.

Please don´t send your documents to individual professors / researchers as we will not be able to consider these!

Opportunities for prospective students

The undergraduate programme "Energy Systems and Renewable Energies" (Bachelor of Engineering) was offered at THI for the first time in winter semester 2011/2012. Currently, more than 100 students are enrolled in the seven-semester course, which focuses on the latest developments and research topics regarding energy supply with renewable energy technologies. Subsequently, in winter semester 2017/2018, the international master's programme “Renewable Energy Systems” (Master of Science) was introduced. Currently, more than 50 students from all over the world are enrolled in this three-semester programme. Since winter semester 2022/2023, the master’s programme "Hydrogen Technology and Economics" has been introduced.
