At THI, family-friendliness is not just a word. We strive for maximal flexibility for our employees as we are convinced that employees starting their working day with a relaxed family situation will always do the better job. The term “family-friendly “, however, does not only refer to children but also special needs of older people, care responsibilities and health problems. Every situation is unique and deserves an individual solution!
